Lance Cayko and Alex Gore are the young and energetic owners of F9 Productions, which began in 2009 during the great recession, vying to solve one problem: How do we give clients superior service while delivering a better price than our competitors? In order to do accomplish this task, Lance and Alex drew on their backgrounds and experiences working in the construction field and at world class architecture firms to build from scratch a firm that exceeded these goals. The firm started on the founding principles of: prompt services, professionalism, and over-delivery. The firm built systems and templates in order to accomplish these goals, eventually transforming from a 2 man shop and into a 7 person firm.
creativityEnthusiasm and positive attitudes can not be overlooked. These are our fundamental ingredients to success. We are excited about the opportunity to create great spaces in the built world. Our passion extends beyond professional practice and into the classroom where we teach at the University of Colorado, Boulder and are authors of the upcoming book: Design Your World - How learning design can improve your work, and your life.

experienceWhile relatively young, F9's principals started early. We easily have more hands on construction experience than most architects and use that knowledge to create designs based on construction fundamentals, thus eliminating wasted design time and fees.
